ICORENE® N3002 is a polybutene -1 homopolymer powder specifically designed for use as a layer adhesive. The powder is free flowing and easy to distribute using a scatter coating machine.
This grade can be used in various applications as a hot melt adhesive. For example carpet backing or non woven layer lamination. It features very good adhesion to PP and PE polymer substrates and very low viscosity to give good flow around the fibres enabling superior mechanical adhesion.
