EPOLENE ® E-16 is an oxidized low molecular weight polyethylene having properties intermediate between EPOLENE ® E-10 polymer and EPOLENE ® E-14 polymer. It provides stable, low color emulsions by both atmospheric (wax-to-water) and pressure emulsification methods for such end uses as textiles, floor polishes, inks, and paint rheological additives.

  • Imparts slip resistances, durability, and toughness to floor finishes
  • Oxidized to provide functionality
  • Produces stable water based emulsions
