EDF-226A applications include freezer film, produce bags and films requiring good clarity. EDF-226A contains No slip and No antiblock. A melt temperature of 400°F or less is recommended to reduce the risk of polymer decomposition.

EDF-230A is a certified prime grade 9% ETHYLENE VINYL ACETATE (EVA) copolymer often used in the production of specialty films needing excellent heat sealability and impact strength. EDF-230A applications include meat packaging and films requiring low temperature sealability. EDF-230A contains No slip and No antiblock. A melt temperature of 400°F or less is recommended to avoid polymer decomposition. This resin meets these specifications: FDA 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 3.2a. The resin may be used in contact with all types of food as defined in Table 1, 21 CFR 176.170(c) and at use conditions B-H as defined in Table 2, 21 CFR 176.170(c)

HGB-0760 features low to medium swell, excellent processability in conventional continuous extrusion equipment, good ESCR, good Impact strength, high Stiffness, improved Barrier, and low Odor and Taste. Applications include small to medium size thin wall bottle for milk, water and juices, wide mouth containers for body powders, and extrusion of sheet and profiles. HGB-0760 processing temperature is 140 to 165°C, with mold 10 to 30°C.

HHP-1244 meets PE-3408 non-pressure and pressure pipe service requirements from 1 to 64 inch sized diameters and features good long-term hoop strength performance for applications including municipal potable water pipe, fuel gas pipe, re-lining pipe, industrial and mining pipe, storm and sanitary pipe. HMF-0856 is a certified prime grade Hexene copolymer MEDIUM MOLECULAR WEIGHT developed for production of thin gauged high stiffness paper-like Blown films. HMF-0856 features BROAD molecular weight distribution for improved processability at lower extruder pressure, excellent film drawdown, and good combination of high film stiffness with good film strength and improved barrier properties. HMF-0856 can be easily processed in HMW high stalk film equipment or in conventional film lines equipped with die gap = 0.75 to 1.25 = mm.. HMF-0856 applications include deli, meat & cheese wrap films, cereal box liners, notion and millinery bags, small shoppers, multi-wall and single liners, lamination films, coextrusion of films for stand-up-still pouches, and as substitute films for grease-proof waxed and acid free papers. Minimum recommended film gauge is 12 microns (0.5 mil), and processing temperature 195° to 205° C.
