Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is the new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains the 75% of secondary raw material. Versalis recommend mixing PS Land – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® HIPS to reach the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color may change depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is suitable for extrusion/thermoforming and injection moulding. This grade is recommended for packaging. Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is not suitable for food contact applications.

Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 is a new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach, Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains at least 30% of PCR (Post consumer recyclate) secondary raw material coming from separate household plastics waste collection system. The specific grey shade 33010 (Versalis code) is specially developed for Electrical & Electronics sector. Applications Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 is suitable for injection moulding. This grade is recommended for Electrical & Electronics.

PS 325 is High Impact Polystyrene manufactured by continuous mass polymerization of styrene monomer. An elastomer is incorporated during polymerization to achieve impact resistance property. It is generally opaque in color. It is having medium flow characteristics with high tensile and flexural strength with medium heat deflection and vicat temperatures.

PS 330 is high Impact Polystyrene manufactured by continuous mass polymerization of styrene monomer. An elastomer is incorporated during polymerization to achieve impact resistance property. It is generally opaque in color. It is a high impact strength polystyrene with high heat deflection temperature and good physical properties.

HIPS514 combines excellent fluidity with medium impact strength.

HIPS532 retains good fluidity and excellent toughness.

HIPS622 retains good fluidity, mould release and excellent rigidity.

HIPS632E retains good impact strength and improved environmental stress crack resistance.

HIPS C13 is a high melt flow, high impact polystyrene specially designed for hard to fill injection molding applications. The material is targeted for large parts, thin wall parts, or molds with complex runner and gate systems. The high flow material aids production of stress free parts.

HIPS REPRO 3-5 Black combines the good stiffness properties of polystyrene, with enhanced impact properties gained by the addition of impact modifiers, usually butadiene rubber. An amorphous resin, HIPS has low post-molding shrinkage, good melt strength, and a wide melt processing window, making the resin ideal for many sheet and thermoforming applications.
