製品 可用性 製品の説明
Futerro® Extrusion 欧州
Futerro® PLA polymer extrusion grade is a thermoplastic resin derived from annually renewable resources and is specifically designed for extrusion & thermoforming applications as, dairy containers, food service ware, transparent food containers, blister packaging, cold drink cups. Candy twist wrap, salad and Vegetable bags, window Envelope film, lidding film - Label film, Injection Stretch Blow Molded, or ISBM Bottles for 1:2 stage operations. Ideal for applications such as, Fresh Dairy, Edible Oils, Fresh Water Futerro® PLA polymer is a clear extrusion sheet grade and is easily processed on conventional extrusion and thermoforming equipment. The material is stable in the molten state, provided that the drying procedures are followed.
Futerro® Fiber Melt Spinning 欧州
Futerro® PLA polymer is a thermoplastic fiber-grade resin from annually renewable resources. Available in pellet form, it is designed for extrusion into mechanically drawn staple fibers or continuous filament, using conventional fiber spinning and drawing equipment. Futerro® PLA polymer is typically well suited for fiber processes where lower fiber shrinkage is desired: partially orientated yarn (POY), fully drawn yarn (FDY), staple fibers, and continuous filament. It can be converted into a broad range of fiber products Potential applications for Futerro® PLA polymer include: - Woven and knitted 100% continuous filament apparel - Woven and knitted, intimate staple blend fabrics including blends with cotton, wool, and other fibers - Woven and knitted fabrics and netting for civil engineering applications - Home furnishings
Futerro® Injection 欧州
Futerro® PLA injection grade is a thermoplastic resin derived from annually renewable resources and is specifically designed for injection molding applications where the requirements are clarity with heat deflection temperatures lower than 55°C. Futerro® PLA injection grade is easily processed on conventional injection equipment. The material is stable in the molten state, provided that the drying procedures are followed.
