Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 is the new grade of Versalis’ Expandable Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 has been developed for a new era of sustainable packaging: it contains the 35% of secondary raw material and a lower pentane content for lower emissions. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 has the same performances of packaging standard grades. The narrow bead size distribution leads to good filling of the molds and allows to obtain a very smooth surface. The colour of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material, once expanded the color will be pearl grey. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000 is certified "PSV". Versalis Revive® EPS 3000AE is the new grade of Versalis’ Expandable Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® EPS 3000AE has been developed for a new era of sustainable house insulation: it contains the 15% of secondary raw material and a lower pentane content for lower emissions. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000AE contains also a flame retardant which makes it suitable for building applications. The narrow bead size distribution leads to good filling of the molds and allows to obtain a very smooth surface. The colour of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material, once expanded the color will be light grey. This feature allows your customer to easily identify this product. Versalis Revive® EPS 3000AE complies with the CAM requirements (Italian Minimum Environmental Criteria) and is certified "PSV". Versalis Revive® EPS EUROPA 3 AE is the new Expandable Polystyrene grade made with proprietary technology of continuous mass in the Mantova site. The product has been developed for a better and more sustainable insulation of the buildings, it contains 15% of secondary raw material and it is certified “plastica seconda vita” (PSV). Versalis Revive® EPS EUROPA 3 AE has a lower content of pentane for lower emissions, it does not contain CFCs and HCFCs and includes a flame-retardant package. The color of the not expanded beads is black, once expanded the color will be gray, similar to Galileo Europa 3 AE. Regarding the insulation properties the product has been developed to be in line with the best EPS in our portfolio, the Galileo Europa 5 AE. Applications Versalis Revive® EPS EUROPA 3 AE is recommended for: - Shape or block molding panels for ETICS - Floor heating panels - Roof and floor insulation panels - Cavity wall

Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) has been developed for a new era of sustainable GPPS: it contains the 60% of secondary raw material. The color and the transparency of the raw material may change depending on the secondary raw material. (B) version is the dark shade: brown, grey or black depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) is recommended for the production of medium thickness insulation panels (XPS sector). Versalis Revive® PS Air-HE(B) is not suitable for food contact applications.

Versalis recommend mixing PS Air F – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® GPPS to reach the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color, as well as the transparency of Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever may change depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever is recommended for Direct-gasing applications and for the production of insulated panels (XPS sector). Versalis Revive® PS Air F – Series Forever is not suitable for food contact applications.

Following the circular economy approach Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains the 75% of secondary raw material. Versalis recommend mixing PS Land – Series Forever with virgin Edistir® HIPS to reach the target percent of recycled material in the final good. The color may change depending on the secondary raw material. Applications Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is suitable for extrusion/thermoforming and injection moulding. This grade is recommended for packaging. Versalis Revive® PS Land – Series Forever is not suitable for food contact applications.

Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 is a new grade of Versalis’ Polystyrene portfolio. Following the circular economy approach, Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 has been developed for a new era of sustainable HIPS: it contains at least 30% of PCR (Post consumer recyclate) secondary raw material coming from separate household plastics waste collection system. The specific grey shade 33010 (Versalis code) is specially developed for Electrical & Electronics sector. Applications Versalis Revive® PS RT 33010 is suitable for injection moulding. This grade is recommended for Electrical & Electronics.
