Produit Disponibilité Description du produit
Jamplast JPGPPSHH Amérique du Nord
JPGPPSHH is a high heat resistance, high tensile strength and high stiffness, general purpose polystyrene. It is recommended for applications where tensile and melt strength as well as heat resistance properties are important. It is commonly used for extrusion applications such as foam disposables, medical and oriented polystyrene sheet. JPGPPSHH has also been used in consumer electronics and packaging applications.
Jamplast JPGPPSI Amérique du Nord
JPGPPSI is a medium heat resistance, medium flow, general purpose polystyrene. It is recommended in applications where a specific balance of flow and tensile properties are important. Its unique additive package makes it a good candidate for some medical and pharmaceutical applications. JPGPPSI has also been used in packaging/disposables applications.
Jamplast JPHIPSE Amérique du Nord
JPHIPSE is a high impact polystyrene with an excellent balance of flow, toughness, stiffness and heat resistance as compared to other HIPS resins. It is appropriate for extrusion applications where stiffness and toughness combined with trimmability are important. JPHIPSE is also commonly used for deep draw thermoforming and injection molding. A major use of this product is in appliances and housewares as well as food packaging and disposables applications such as cups, lids and serviceware.
Jamplast JPHIPSI Amérique du Nord
Jamplast JPQ Amérique du Nord
JPQ is the commercial name for a semi-crystalline thermoplastic polymer product line based on syndiotactic polystyrene. The syndiotactic polymer structure has a crystalline melting point of 270°C and significantly improved chemical resistance (1) compared to conventional styrenics. JPQ also has excellent electrical properties, moisture resistance and processability. JPQ is processed by molding or extrusion and is being used in electrical, electronic, automotive and consumer and industrial applications. JPQ is a 40% glass filled, ignition resistant polymer used in electrical and electronic applications. (1) NOTICE: Wall thickness, part design complexity, fabrication techniques, polymer flow length, molecular orientation, temperature and other conditions can affect part performance greatly. For accurate prediction of performance, fabricated parts should be exposed to the reagents at the concentrations and under the conditions expected to be encountered in the actual end use environment.
