This is a high molecular weight biopolymer grade that processes easily on conventional extrusion equipment. Extruded roll stock is readily thermoformable. The higher flow capability allows for easier molding of thin-walled parts. It is designed for injection molding applications, both clear and opaque, requiring high gloss, UV resistance and stiffness.

Ingeo™ 3D450 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo™ 3D450 is a fully formulated grade that delivers excellent performance, when used to print support structures in fused filament fabrication processes. Monofilament made with Ingeo 3D450 offers an optimum balance between adhesion and ease of removal from the build substrate. This minimizes post-processing time and can result in parts with high accuracy and quality finishes.
Ingeo™ 3D700 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo 3D700 has been specifically developed for use in large-format printers (e.g.- medium to big-area machines), to minimize the chance of failed prints due to part-warpage and excessive material shrinkage. Ingeo 3D700 is supplied as pellets that can be directly printed using fused granulate fabrication (FGF) systems, or can also be first converted to filament, for use in fused filament fabrication (FFF) platforms. This grade is also amenable to formulating with additives (e.g.- process aids, reinforcing-agents, impact modifiers), to customize performance for specific end-use applications.
Ingeo™ 3D850 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo™ 3D850 is a grade developed for manufacturing 3D printer monofilament. This grade exhibits faster crystallization rates and is able to develop improved heat-resistance in 3D printed parts. This low color resin grade demonstrates the best performance in formulated systems designed to enhance toughness or heat-resistance. Monofilaments made with Ingeo 3D850 have excellent 3D printing characteristics such as precise detail, good adhesion to build plates, less warping or curling, and low odor.
Ingeo™ 3D870 Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo 3D870 is a grade developed for manufacturing 3D printer monofilament. Engineered to deliver improved heat-resistance and high impact strength to 3D printed parts, this formulated grade achieves thermal and mechanical properties similar to ABS while offering an alternative to styrenic-based materials. Monofilaments made with Ingeo 3D870 provide excellent 3D printing characteristics such as precise detail, good adhesion to build plates, less warping or curling, and low odor.
Ingeo™ 4032D Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo 4032D can be converted into a biaxially oriented film with use temperatures up to 300°F (150°C). This film has excellent optics, good machinability and excellent twist and deadfold. These properties make 4032D film an ideal product for laminations and other packaging applications. Additional properties include barrier to flavor and grease and oil resistance. 4032D is available in pellet form. Drying prior to processing is essential. The polymer is stable in the molten state, provided that the extrusion and drying procedures are followed.
Ingeo™ 4043D Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Film Characteristics/ Applications - Ingeo 4043D - a product from NatureWorks LLC - can be converted into a biaxially oriented film with use temperatures up to 265°F (130°C). This film has excellent optics, good machinability and excellent twist and deadfold. These properties make 4043D film an ideal candidate for candy twist wrap and other packaging applications. Additional properties include advantageous barrier to flavor and grease and superior oil resistance. Polymer Characteristics - 4043D polymer is available in pellet form. Drying prior to processing is essential. The polymer is stable in the molten state, provided that the extrusion and drying procedures are followed.
Ingeo™ 4044D Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo 4044D is a NatureWorks LLC production grade that is formulated to meet the needs of reactive extrusion processes. When extruded with epoxy functional additives such as BASF Joncryl® ADR 4368C, this grade reacts and chain extends / branches consistently resulting in higher shear viscosity and improved melt strength. Typical addition rates of Joncryl® materials are less than 0.5% by weight. Consultation with your NatureWorks technical representative is recommended before embarking on any reactive extrusion program with this grade.
Ingeo™ 4060D Afrique & Moyen-Orient
Ingeo 4060D, a product from NatureWorks LLC, can be coextruded with other Ingeo resin to form a sealant layer for biaxially oriented Ingeo film. This resin has excellent heat seal and hot tack performance with a seal initiation temperature of 80°C. This sealant does not adversely affect the unique properties of Ingeo bixially oriented film such as high gloss and transparency, dead-fold or aroma and grease barrier.
