Malen E FABS 23-D022 is designed for fine packaging films with thicknesses starting at 25 micons. The presence of anti-block and slip agent means extruded film may be used on automatic packaging systems. Films made out of Malen E FABS 23-D022 are notable for their high gloss and transparency. This product is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.

The low melt flow index of this PE resin ensures that the products are highly resistant to impact and are exceptionally strong and durable. The excellent mechanical properties obtained in films made from Malen E FGAN 18-D003 make them ideal for production of transportation bags, shrink film for pallet packaging and many other applications. Malen E FGAN 18-D003 contains some anti-oxidant, which increases the polymer's resitance to degradation during processing and reduces its tendency to turn jelly. Malen E FGNX 23-D006 is suitable for manufacture of highly transparent, very fine films, but also blow extrusion of small containers is possible . Extruded films starting with a thickness starting with 40 microns exhibit very good mechnical properties and are notable for their high transparency and gloss. This product is not intended for use in medical and pharmaceutical applications.

Malen E FGNX 23-D022 is suitable for manufacture of highly transparent, very fine films. ButBut also blow moulding or injection moulding is possibile due its rheological feature. Extruded films starting with a thickness of 25 microns exhibit very good mechnical properties and are notable for their high transparency and gloss.
