DFDA-1224 NT is a natural high molecular weight, low density polyethylene. DFDA-1224 NT has been designed for use as a crosslinkable homopolymer for use with organic peroxides. DOW™ Electrical & Telecommunications DFDK-6010 BK es un masterbatch cargado con negro de carbono que contiene un estabilizador del envejecimiento. Con el contenido recomendado de negro de carbono, DFDK-6010 BK proporciona una protección excelente contra la luz UV y cumple los requisitos de dispersión para cables de telecomunicaciones, de fuerza y de fibra óptica. Con su buen equilibrio de características mecánicas y de procesamiento, Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT es un grado excelente para cubiertas de cables de fuerza y de telecomunicaciones. Recomendaciones de procesamiento: La Dow AXELERON™ GP K-6050 NT puede extruirse en una serie de extrusoras para cubiertas comerciales convencionales. La temperatura habitual requerida en el cilindro de las extrusoras depende de varios factores, como el tamaño de la extrusora. Un buen punto de partida puede ser: 140/190/200/200/200/200 °C, con temperaturas del fundido inferiores a 250 °C. DOW™ Wire & Cable DFNK-0012 NT is a masterbatch for use as a nucleating agent in gas injection applications. It is specially designed for easy incorporation into HDPE and LDPE. When used correctly, it allows the formation of small, uniformly distributed cells. The masterbatch is a 2% concentrate of an exothermic chemical blowing agent in a high pressure LDPE base resin. It should be used at 0.5-3% masterbatch concentration. DFNK-0012 NT contains a stabilizer protecting against thermal oxidation and catalytic degradation by copper. Applications: Typical applications include RF cable and CATV drop cable with expansion rates of up to 80 %.

DGDK-6924 NT EXP1 is a high density polyethylene compound designed for use in physical foaming processes where high expansion rates (40 - 70%) are required. This compound is designed to offer excellent high speed processability as given by low extrusion pressures and smooth insulation surface quality. Furthermore, since it is fully pre-compounded with all the necessary ingredients, DGDK-6924 NT EXP1 offers better dispersion of the nucleating agent allowing high expansion rates to be achieved with more consistent processability (capacitance and diameter).
