CABELEC® CA4676 África y Oriente Medio
CABELEC CA4676 electrically conductive compound is based on conductive carbon black dispersed in a modified low density polyethylene resin. Its electrical and mechanical properties are permanent and are not dependent on atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA4676 conductive compound has been specially designed for packaging and product handling applications where freedom from the hazard of electrostatic discharge is necessary. Examples of use are in handling of explosive powders, pigments and electronic components and it is particularly suitable for foam applications.

Its electrical and mechanical properties are not impacted by normal atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA6114 conductive compound is used for injection molding applications. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not impacted by normal atmospheric conditions. Applications CABELEC CA6739 conductive compound is used in transport, packaging, and product handling applications such as the handling and packaging of explosive powders, pigments, and dangerous liquids, where it is desirable to mitigate the hazard of electrostatic discharge. Typical applications are jerrycans, drums and other containers used in transportation of hazardous materials.

CABELEC CC6277 conductive concentrate is an electrically conductive concentrate made from a carefully selected carbon black finely dispersed in polyethylene resins. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not dependent on atmospheric conditions; however, they depend on the type and level of dilution of the resin used and the processing conditions. Unlike standard conductive compounds, which have very limited dilution potential, CABELEC CC6277 conductive concentrate has the potential to be diluted with a high quantity of natural resin (see chart below). This allows users of CABELEC CC6277 conductive concentrate to benefit from the versatility of this product and from the enhanced physical properties due to higher levels of dilution resin. Applications CABELEC CC6277 conductive concentrate can be used in extrusion applications such as monofilaments. CABELEC CC6277 conductive concentrate can also be used for injection molding applications such as boxes where it can be diluted at high rates with natural or even recycled polyethylene and polypropylene.

CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate is an electrically conductive concentrate made from a well-selected carbon black finely dispersed in polyethylene resins. Its electrical and mechanical properties are not dependent on atmospheric conditions however, they depend on the type and level of dilution of the resin used and the processing conditions. Unlike standard conductive compounds, which have very limited dilution potential, CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate has the potential to be diluted with a high quantity of natural resin. This allows users of CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate to benefit from the versatility of this concentrate and from the enhanced physical properties due to higher levels of dilution resin. Applications CABELEC XS6324B conductive concentrate can reduce the hazards of electrostatic discharge in applications such as polypropylene based conductive slit tape, polypropylene Flexible Intermediate Bulk Containers (FIBCs), monofilament and other extrusion and molding applications.

CABELEC XS6455A conductive concentrate is made from carbon black and Ethylene Vinyl Acetate copolymer (EVA). The concentrate can be diluted in a polymer resin up to high levels depending on the processing conditions and the desired level of electrical resistivity. Its EVA carrier makes it adapted to electrically conductive foam application. CABELEC XS6455A conductive concentrate has also shown use in PVC compounding.
