Royaltherm 1411A is a modified EPDM with a special silicone rubber. Royaltherm 1411A is supplied as a base compound that can be vulcanized with peroxides or sulfur/accelerator systems. Royaltherm 1411A is 30 - 40 Durometer when vulcanized with 1.8 phr of dicumyl peroxide. It can be blended with Royaltherm 1721 for intermediate hardness applications. Royaltherm 1411A is recommended for applications that require lower tensile strength than Royaltherm 1721. Royaltherm 1411A is also recommended for applications that require retention of mechanical strength at elevated temperatures, weather and moisture resistance, electrical stability and compression recovery at low temperatures.
Royaltherm® 1721 Africa & Middle East

SUPRENE EPDM 501A is a low Mooney Viscosity and ENB type grade. It shows excellent mill processability. It has good flow and is suitable for molding complicated shaped products. It is also suitable for extrusion of cable. Main uses of SUPRENE EPDM 501A are found in gasket, roll, electric parts, wire & cable, various rubber coated fabrics and general industrial parts.
SUPRENE® 503 Asia Pacific
SUPRENE EPDM 503 is ENB type grade, which has high ethylene content and low Mooney Viscosity. It shows excellent mechanical properties even in high hardness compound. It has good flow property and is suitable for weather strip with high hardness and low compression set. Main uses of SUPRENE EPDM 503 are found in weather strip, joint, molded parts, electric parts, wire & cable, various rubber coated materials and general industrial parts.
SUPRENE® 505A Asia Pacific
SUPRENE EPDM 505A has lower Mooney viscosity than SUPRENE EPDM 505, and its mill processability is further improved. It is Possible to mold with SUPRENE EPDM 505A various molded products within a short time because of its fast cure rate. When SUPRENE EPDM 505A blended with diene type rubber, its dispersion is excellent. It can also be used more effectively by taking advantage of good ozone resistances. SUPRENE EPDM 505A is suitable for sponge made by continuous curing. Low density sponge can be obtained through the curing. It can also be used in various applications such as automotive tires, rubber coated fabrics, and automotive parts.
SUPRENE® 512F Asia Pacific
SUPRENE EPDM 512F has high ethylene content for high green strength of uncured rubber. Since SUPRENE EPDM 512F can make a formulation incorporating large quantities of fillers and process oil, the resulting compound is inexpensive. In addition, its 'friable bale' form facilitates its mixing with ingredients by means of a Banbury mixer and at shorter mixing time, which results in energy saving. For examples of application of SUPRENE EPDM 512F making the best use of its above- mentioned characteristics, there are various extrusion products, such as hose, window gasket, various molded products, and low cost compounds.
SUPRENE® 5206F Asia Pacific
SUPRENE EPDM 5206F is a non-oil extended grade with very high Mooney viscosity and high ENB content. SUPRENE EPDM 5206F shows excellent extrusion processability and its moderate ethylene content gives this grade a better flexibility under low temperature, compared with high ethylene grades. Especially, fast curing is possible with this grade because of its high ENB content. SUPRENE EPDM 5206F is suitable for sponge made by continuous curing such as window seal, body seal for automotives and adiabatic sponge.

SUPRENE EPDM 7486F is a non oil extended grade with very high Mooney viscosity and extra high ENB content. SUPRENE EPDM 7486F shows excellent extrusion processability due to its tailored molecular architecture and its moderate ethylene content gives a better flexibility under low temperature condition, compared with high ethylene grades. Especially, controlled cellular structure with dimensional stability can be realized with fast curing performance with this high ENB grade. Trilene® 65D Africa & Middle East
Trilene 65D is an Ethylene-Propylene-Dicyclopentadiene (EPDM) elastomer dispersed and stabilized in water. It is randomly polymerized to produce a polyolefinic polymer with a stable, saturated hydrocarbon backbone and side group unsaturation to enable crosslinking.
