INSULCAST MRTV 2 is a high tear strength, high elongation, addition cure mold-making RTV silicone rubber. MRTV 2 has very low shrinkage on cure. The MRTV 2 is ideal for detailed reproduction.

INSULCAST MRTV 9 is a high tear strength, high elongation addition cure mold making RTV silicone rubber. MRTV 9 has low shrinkage and reproduces the most intricate detail.

RTVS 11 is a low viscosity, multi-purpose compound, designed for use as a potting, encapsulating, sealing and mold making material. Due to its excellent electrical properties, the RTVS 11 is used extensively as a high voltage potting compound, as well as an encapsulating compound for delicate circuitry. The RTVS 11 can be used with various curing agents, thus varying pot life, cure time, mix ratios and cure conditions. (See RTVS Catalyst Selector Guide).

RTVS 16 is a multi-purpose casting/encapsulating, potting and sealing compound. RTVS 16 has been used successfully to protect electronic components, assemblies and delicate systems. RTVS 16 exhibits excellent electrical properties, low temperature flexibility and high temperature stability. A variety of catalysts are available for different cure situations.

RTVS 27 HTC is a low viscosity, flame retardant, reversion resistant silicone compound. The low viscosity and high thermal conductivity makes the RTVS 27 HTC ideal for potting dense component packages requiring heat dissipation.

RTVS 27 LV is a low viscosity, general purpose, reversion resistant RTV Silicone Compound. RTVS 27 LV finds use in commercial potting/casting application. RTVS 27 LV's one-to-one ratio by weight or volume makes it ideal for dispensing equipment or unskilled labor. With the ability to cure rapidly at elevated temperatures, RTVS 27 LV can be processed quickly in production situations.

RTVS 27 is a low viscosity UL 94V-0 Flame Retardant, general purpose, reversion resistant RTV Silicone. With the ability to cure rapidly at elevated temperature, RTVS 27 combines the virtues of low temperature flexibility, excellent electrical properties, high temperature resistance and easy removal for component replacement or repair.

INSULCAST RTVS 3-95-1 is a low viscosity, thermally conductive RTV silicone compound, UL recognized under file E86165 for flame class 94V-0.

INSULCAST RTVS 3-95-2 is a very highly thermally conductive, high temperature RTV silicone compound which meets the flammability requirements of UL 94V-0.

RTVS 42 CURTIS II is a low viscosity unique silicone-epoxy co-polymer formulated to withstand severe thermal shock, low moisture absorption and excellent dielectric insulation. RTVS 42 CURTIS II contains silane adhesion promoters that enable it to bond well to most metals and plastics. Its unique chemistry combines the low temperature performance characteristics heretofore found only in silicones with the excellent encapsulating properties of epoxies.

RTVS 46 is a pourable RTV Silicone sealing/potting compound which cures to a flexible syntactic foam. RTVS 46 finds use in applications involving air-borne or "man-pack" equipment. RTVS 46 is suggested for use in circuitry requiring low capacitance, low dielectric constant and low dissipation.

RTVS 51 is a low temperature flexible, easily pourable methyl phenyl RTV Silicone sealant/encapsulant. The RTVS 51 can be used with a wide variety of curing agents, thus varying pot life, cure time, mix ratios and cure conditions (See RTVS Catalyst Selector Guide).

RTVS 61M is a low viscosity, self-extinguishing transparent RTVS Silicone. RTVS 61M is used in situations where component identification and protection against shock and vibration is needed. Heat can be used to accelerate the cure.

INSULCAST RTVS 8127 is a: flame retardant, reversion resistant silicone compound. The low viscosity and high thermal conductivity makes the RTVS 8127 ideal for potting dense component packages requiring heat dissipation. This compound has excellent thermal stability, electrical properties, is compatible with most electrical insulating materials and has a UL 94 Flame Rating of 94 V-0.

RTVS 8128 is a low viscosity Flame Retardant, general purpose, reversion resistant RTV Silicone. With the ability to cure rapidly at elevated temperature, RTVS 8128 combines the virtues of low temperature flexibility, excellent electrical properties, high temperature resistance and easy removal for component replacement or repair.

INSULCAST RTVS A-4000 is a two component solvent based silicone resin adhesive with excellent lap shear and peel strengths at elevated temperatures. RTVS A-4000 can be used to bond silicones, mylar, metals and many engineering plastics, and will maintain significant peel strength up to 300°F. It will retain flexibility over an elevated temperature range of -73° to 260 °C. RTVS A-4000 is approved for use within the Army Missile Command, The Department of the Army and is available for use by all agencies of the Department of Defense under MIL-A-47317(MI). The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power observed in RTVS A-4000 adhesive provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide variety of fastening and bonding applications.

RTVS Primer 40 is a dilute solution of reactive silicone resins which can be used to improve or add adhesion of one and two component condensation (tin) cure silicone RTV materials. It is suitable to add adhesion to a variety of substrates to which two component RTV Silicones have little or no adhesion. This primer may be used on metal, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. The product works on the basis on improving the ability of the site to accept the silicone polymer.
