INSULCAST® MRTV 2 North America
INSULCAST MRTV 2 is a high tear strength, high elongation, addition cure mold-making RTV silicone rubber. MRTV 2 has very low shrinkage on cure. The MRTV 2 is ideal for detailed reproduction.

INSULCAST MRTV 9 is a high tear strength, high elongation addition cure mold making RTV silicone rubber. MRTV 9 has low shrinkage and reproduces the most intricate detail.
INSULCAST® RTVS 11 North America
RTVS 11 is a low viscosity, multi-purpose compound, designed for use as a potting, encapsulating, sealing and mold making material. Due to its excellent electrical properties, the RTVS 11 is used extensively as a high voltage potting compound, as well as an encapsulating compound for delicate circuitry. INSULCAST® RTVS 42 CURTIS II North America

INSULCAST® RTVS A-4000 North America
INSULCAST RTVS A-4000 is a two component solvent based silicone resin adhesive with excellent lap shear and peel strengths at elevated temperatures. RTVS A-4000 can be used to bond silicones, mylar, metals and many engineering plastics, and will maintain significant peel strength up to 300°F. It will retain flexibility over an elevated temperature range of -73° to 260 °C. RTVS A-4000 is approved for use within the Army Missile Command, The Department of the Army and is available for use by all agencies of the Department of Defense under MIL-A-47317(MI). The overall balance of peel strength, cohesion, lap shear strength and high temperature holding power observed in RTVS A-4000 adhesive provides a versatility that makes this product useful in a wide variety of fastening and bonding applications.
INSULCAST® RTVS Primer 40 North America
RTVS Primer 40 is a dilute solution of reactive silicone resins which can be used to improve or add adhesion of one and two component condensation (tin) cure silicone RTV materials. It is suitable to add adhesion to a variety of substrates to which two component RTV Silicones have little or no adhesion. This primer may be used on metal, glass, ceramics, and many plastics. The product works on the basis on improving the ability of the site to accept the silicone polymer.
