Veriva® VR-500 Asia Pacific
Veriva® VR-500 and VR-501 are grades of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) offered for use in implantable devices. Veriva® VR-500 is the neat version of the polymer and Veriva® VR-501 is an opaque white grade. The manufacturing facility for Veriva® PPSU in Alpharetta, GA is ISO 13485 registered and the relevant aspects of current Good Manufacturing Practices are also applied. Our biomaterials manufacturing processes are carefully validated and enhanced controls provide product traceability. In addition, all materials are tested in a lab that is ISO 17025 accredited. An FDA MAF is available.
Veriva® VR-501 Asia Pacific
Veriva® VR-500 and VR-501 are grades of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) offered for use in implantable devices. Veriva® VR-500 is the neat version of the polymer and Veriva® VR-501 is an opaque white grade. Veriva® VR-650 Asia Pacific
Veriva® VR-650 grade of polyphenylsulfone (PPSU) is offered for use in implantable devices. Veriva® VR-650 is the neat (transparent) version of the polymer optimized for conversion into extruded filament for use in Fused Filament printers. The manufacturing facility for Veriva® PPSU in Alpharetta, GA is ISO 13485 registered and the relevant aspects of current Good Manufacturing Practices are also applied. Our biomedical manufacturing processes are carefully validated and enhanced controls provide product traceability. In addition, all materials are tested in a lab that is ISO 17025 accredited. Veriva® VR-650 is offered as resin pellets. The chemical, physical, and mechanical properties of finished parts are related to the processes utilized in producing the finished part (for example; printing, molding, machining, annealing, sterilization, etc). An FDA MAF is available.
