Ultrason® pellets are supplied in bags and/or octabins. The bulk density ranges between 700 and 800 g/l. Provided the packaging remains undamaged, Ultrason® can be stored indefinitely. Ultrason® pellets absorb moisture very rapidly. Therefore, the pellets need to be dried at least 4h at 130°C to 150°C in a vacuum or dry air drier prior to processing.

Ultrason E 2010 G4 is a 20% glass reinforced, medium viscosity injection molding PESU grade with high rigidity and strength. Applications Typical applications include circuit braker parts, lamp holders, heat shields, impellers, and printer cartridges.

Fine Polyethersulfone powder, e.g. for membrane applications, coatings and resin modification, containing min. 50% of OH-endgroups. The product has a typical particle size below 100 µm and is soluble in N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAc). This grade is not suitable for thermoplastic moulding / extrusion.

Polyethersulfone flakes, e.g. for membrane applications, coatings and resin modification, containing min. 50% of OH-endgroups. The product is soluble in N-methyl-pyrrolidone (NMP) and N,N-Dimethylacetamide (DMAc). This type is not suitable for thermoplastic moulding.

Ultrason E 2020 P is polyethersulphone flakes for solvent based processes. The product is soluble in N-Methylpyrrolidone and N,N-Dimethylacetamide. Applications Typical applications include membrane applications and coatings.
