Product Availability Product Description
Extron® 3135 HS Asia Pacific
Extron 3135 HS is a 40% combined talc/glass fibre reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a medium to high flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high rigidity, and high heat deflection temperatures with improved creep resistance, good dimensional stability and a better surface than achieved with straight glass filled compounds.
Extron® 3143 UVH Asia Pacific
Extron 3143 UVH is a 40% glass fibre reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a low flow injection moulding grade developed for thick walled components requiring excellent creep resistance with high heat deflection temperatures, high flexural modulus, high flexural strength and good impact strength. It has been stabilized to meet long term outdoor weathering requirements.
Extron® 7039 GF UV2 30279 Asia Pacific
Extron 7039 GF UV2 30279 is a 7.5% glass fibre reinforced homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a low flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring good dimensional stability, improved creep resistance, rigidity and heat deflection temperatures, compared to unmodified polypropylene, whilst maintaining good impact strength. It has been stabilized for improved outdoor weathering performance.
Extron® 7075 HS UV2 Asia Pacific
Extron 7075 HS UV2 is a glass fibre and mineral reinforced homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a high flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring maximum rigidity, high heat deflection temperatures and low controlled moulding shrinkages. It is stabilized to meet automotive heat aging requirements of 21 days at 150°C and to satisfy interior weathering requirements.
Extron® PDR 3013 HS3 Asia Pacific
EXTRON PDR 3013 HS3 is a 20% glass fibre reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a medium flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high rigidity, good impact strength, high heat deflection temperatures and improved creep resistance. This grade has been heat stabilized for contact with hot water.
Extron® PDR 3022 HS Asia Pacific
Extron PDR 3022 HS is a 25% talc and glass fibre reinforced polypropylene compound. It is a medium flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring excellent creep resistance with high heat deflection temperatures, high rigidity and good impact strength. It is stabilized to meet automotive heat ageing requirements of 500 hours at 150°C.
Extron® PDR 3039 HS UV3 Asia Pacific
Extron PDR 3039 HS UV3 is a 30% combined glass fibre and mineral reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a medium flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high rigidity, high heat deflection temperatures, improved creep resistance, good dimensional stability and a better surface than achieved with straight glass filled compounds. It has been stabilized to meet automotive heat aging and exterior weathering requirements.
Extron® PDR 3047 HS3 Asia Pacific
Extron PDR 3047 HS3 is a 10% glass fibre reinforced coupled homopolymer polypropylene compound. It is a medium to high flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring good rigidity and creep resistance. It contains a heat stabilizer package that will resist leaching by steam and hot water.
Extron® PDR 3049 Asia Pacific
EXTRON PDR 3049 is a 30% glass fibre reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a medium to high flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high rigidity and high heat deflection temperatures with excellent creep resistance and good impact strength.
Extron® PDR 3076/9 HS Asia Pacific
Extron PDR 3076/9 HS is a 30% combined glass fibre and mineral reinforced coupled polypropylene compound. It is a medium flow injection moulding grade developed for components requiring high rigidity, and high heat deflection temperatures with improved creep resistance, good dimensional stability and a better surface than achieved with straight glass filled compounds.
