Moplen RP210G Africa & Middle East
"Moplen" RP210G is a medium modified polypropylene random copolymer designed for blow moulding and sheet & film extrusion. It offers low density, stress cracking resistance and high chemical resistance. Main applications are extrusion of film for packaging & sheet for stationery folders and displays, the extrusion blow moulding of high gloss monolayer bottles, clear or pigmented, for the packaging of cosmetics, detergents, chemicals and food-stuffs. Moplen RP210M Africa & Middle East
Moplen RP210M is a medium modified polypropylene random copolymer for the extrusion of cast and water -quenched blown film. Moplen RP210M is designed for quality packaging applications, either as monolayer film or as welding layer on co-extruded structures. The product offers good process ability, excellent clarity and gloss and exhibit very good heat weld ability .the seal initiation temperature is about 130°C. Moplen RP210M is well suited for lamination to PP-film or other materials such as PA, polyester or aluminium to form the sealing layer. Film produced with Moplen RP210M is suited for the packaging of foodstuffs such as sweets, pasta, biscuits and snacks and for the packaging of books, stationery, shirts and hosiery. Moplen S30SW is a polypropylene homo-polymer particularly suitable for the production of sheet for thermoforming, film yarn and monofilament. Moplen S30SW combines excellent process ability with high stiffness and low water carry-over. Moplen S30SW is designed for the production of quality thermoforming such as drinking beakers, packaging for dairy products, nursery flower pots& trays for fruits, biscuits & chocolates. Moplen S30SW is also particularly suitable to produce film yarn, both with cast and tubular processes. Textile film yarns have a denier count of not more than 1000 to 1200 and care used for the production of the bags, industrial fabrics & mats. Film yarn with a denier count ranging 3000 to 28000 is used for baler twins, packaging twins, ropes and chenille. Moplen S30SW is also well suited for the production of monofilament used for instance for brush & broom filling & technical applications. Moplen S38F Africa & Middle East
Moplen S38F is a homo-polymer designed for the production of biaxial oriented polypropylene films. Moplen S38F has been designed to provide a very stable extrusion on stenter and double bubble lines and to give excellent thickness control, increased draw ability and readiness to a two way orientation. BOPP films produced by Moplen S38F feature good mechanical properties, high impact strength and puncture resistance, even at low temperatures. The films form an excellent barrier against moisture, odours oils, fats and oxidation and feature high transparency, high gloss and good printability after corona treatment. Monolayer films made of Moplen S38F with a thickness ranging from 20 to 50 micron are used for food packaging, textiles packaging and flower wrappings. Monolayer films with a thickness of 25 to 45 micron find their major use in adhesive tapes. Moplen T50G is a heat and detergent resistant polypropylene homo-polymer. The product is designed for injection moulding items which are subject to sever environmental conditions. Moplen T50G offers good process ability by injection molding. Finished items produced with Moplen T50G show a good balance of stiffness and impact strength. Moplen T50G is formulated with a very effective heat and detergent stabilization package for both dry and wet environment. The product also shows a high resistance to solvents and chemicals. Because of these properties, it is particularly suitable for injection molding automotive under-the-hood applications and components for small household appliances such as irons, coffee machines, hair dryers and toasters. This make Moplen X30S particularly suitable for film for packaging of flowers, books, stationery, blankets, shirts, knitwear, hosiery and food-stuffs such as pasta, snakes, biscuits, bakery products and confectionery. Moplen X30S is also very appropriate for the extrusion of small pipes and drinking straws. Moplen X30S can be used for lamination with polyester, polyamide and aluminum for packaging of snacks, crisps, sweets, coffee, meat products and pre-cooked foods. Moplen Z30S is a high melt flow homo-polymer polypropylene for the production of CF, BCF and staple fibres at medium to high spinning speeds. Moplen Z30S offers a high homogeneity, stable extrusion and excellent processability on both short and long spinning lines. This grade allows a high stretch ratio and gives tough and resilient fibres. Moplen Z30S is suitable for low denier staple fibres for non-woven fabrics, diapers, medical-sanitary applications and wipes. Another typical application is high tenacity continues filament for straps for backpacks, handles for big and safety belts. Continues filament with medium tenacity is used for upholstery, sportswear and heavy duty clothing.
