CERTENE™ PBS-4 Amérique du Nord
PBS-4 is a certified prime grade Impact copolymer specially designed for extrusion of sheet for thermoforming of food packaging applications. PBS-4 combines good thermal stability with good melt strength, good Toughness and Stiffness, optimal stability of melt that minimizes potential sheet thickness variations, and very good organoleptic properties. PBS-4 other applications include injection molding of household goods, food containers and medical articles. PBS-4 complies with FDA regulation 21CRF 177.1520 (a)(3)(i) / (c)3.1+3.2, and most international regulations concerning the use of Polypropylene in contact with food.
CERTENE™ PHB-07 Amérique du Nord
PHB-07 is a certified prime grade Polypropylene designed for specialty applications requiring superior tensile strength and toughness. PHB-07 combines excellent processability with high degree of thermal stabilization, high melt strength and outstanding mechanical properties of end-products. PHB-07 applications include blow molding, strapping tape, thin-wall sheet thermoforming, small diameter pipe and profiles. PHB-07 recommended processing temperature is between 210° to 230°C. PHB-07 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 and with most international regulations concerning the use of Polypropylene in contact with food.
CERTENE™ PHF-2 Amérique du Nord
PHF-2 is a certified prime grade Polypropylene designed for high speed cast extrusion of clarity films and sheet. PHF-2 combines very good processability and melt thermal stability, with excellent clarity, good melt strength, high tensile strength and low fibrillation tendency. PHF-2 applications include sheet extrusion for Solid Phase Pressure Forming (SPPF), high clarity thermoformed containers and slit-tapes. PHF-2 processing temperature is between 230° to 250°C. PHF-2 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 and with most international regulations concerning the use of Polypropylene in contact with food. Specific certificates are available upon request.
CERTENE™ PHF-4 Amérique du Nord
PHF-4 is a certified prime grade Polypropylene specially designed for extrusion of profile and cast film applications. PHF-4 combines excellent processability and high degree of thermal stabilization, with good melt strength, high tensile strength and good fibrillation tendency. PHF-4 applications include stretched tapes, drinking straws, monofilament yarns for rope, fibrillated tape for twine, and flat films. PHF-4 recommended processing temperature is between 210° to 230°C. PHF-4 complies with FDA regulation 21CFR 177.1520 and with most international regulations concerning the use of Polypropylene in contact with food.
Hostacom SD068-4C Amérique du Nord
Hostacom SD068-4C fractional melt flow, 2,000 MPa flexural modulus, 40% calcium filled polypropylene copolymer is designed for blow molding and extrusion. This material is characterized by very good melt strength, excellent processability and an excellent impact/stiffness balance. Typical applications include wiring channels, ductwork and seat backs.
SureSpec HP-007 Amérique du Nord
HP-007 is a Polypropylene certified prime grade designed for specialty applications requiring superior tensile strength and toughness.
