Borcoat BB108E-1199 is a polypropylene compound The product is coloured white. It includes a combination of stabilisers to ensure long-term thermal stability. The product is supplied as pellets for melt extrusion and as a powder for application by spray or other special means. Applications Borcoat BB108E-1199 is recommended as a top coat or as an anti-slip "rough coat" for multilayer PP systems used in - Steel Pipe Coating Specifications Borcoat BB108E-1199 is intended to fulfil following National and International standards, when appropriate industrial manufacturing standard procedures are applied and a continuous quality system is implemented and when used in combination with BB127E and a compatible powder epoxy. - DIN 30678 - EN ISO 21809-1 - NF A49-711 Special Features Borcoat BB108E-1199 The maximum design temperature for normal ground installations is 110°C for onshore and can be used in specially designed systems like offshore coatings up to 140°C depending on surrounding conditions. When applied in the correct manner, the powder version provides a rough surface for the purpose of stopping concrete weight coating from slipping during the lay process.

The product is supplied in pellet form Applications Borcoat EB133E-1199-LT is recommended as a top coat for multilayer PP systems and thermal insulation used in: - Steel Pipe Coating Specifications Borcoat EB133E-1199-LT is intended to fulfil following National and International standards, when appropriate industrial manufacturing standard procedures are applied and a continuous quality system is implemented and when used in combination with Borcoat™ BB122E-LT and a compatible powder epoxy. - ISO 21809-1 - DIN 30678 - NF A49-711 - Gazprom 2-2.2-178-2007 Due to the nature of the modified PP material, indentation resistance of the applied coating could be borderline versus some requirements of common standards and due to known variations in testing, those specified values should be separately agreed upon between the applicator and the client (end user/purchaser). Special Features Borcoat EB133E-1199-LT is intended for design temperatures between -20°C and +110°C and tailored for low temperature handling, transportation and installation.

BC245MO is a very stiff high impact polypropylene heterophasic copolymer intended for injection moulding. This grade is characterized by combination of good stiffness, good creep resistance and very high impact strength even at low temperatures. This grade features high impact strength, high thermal stability and very good processability. As all polypropylenes, this grade shows excellent stress-cracking and chemical resistances. This grade is mildly nucleated to maximize the mechanical stiffness. The additive formulation provides a smooth demoulding. Nucleation, good flow properties and high stiffness create a high potential for cycle time reduction. Its very good organoleptic properties allows this grade to be used with any masterbatch without discoloring problems.

The main features of this grade are good stiffness and impact resistance, very good processability, high melt strength and extremely low tendency to stress whitening. This grade uses Borealis Nucleation Technology (BNT) to increase productivity by cycle time reduction. As with all BNT grades, products exhibit excellent dimensional consistency with different colorants. In addition, this grade provides excellent creep resistance and optimum stiffness-impact balance. This polymer contains slip and antistatic additives to ensure good demoulding properties, low dust attraction and low friction coefficient which meets the industry standards for closure opening torques.
