Product Availability Product Description
Polycomp® 6600 MD NATURAL Asia Pacific
Polycomp 6600 MD is a high-molecular weight polyethylene insulation compound. It has been formulated to provide superior oxidative stability and excellent processability for high speed extrusion. It has exceptional toughness and provides excellent long-term heat aging performance and outstanding environmental stress-cracking performance.
Polycomp® 6601 MD NATURAL Asia Pacific
Polycomp 6601 MD Natural is a high-molecular weight, high density polyethylene compound. It has been formulated to meet the requirements of AS 1049.1 Type 3 Category 5 and AS/NZS 3808 Table 10 Criteria 4, however the end user should satisfy themselves of full compliance against these standards. It has exceptional toughness and provides excellent long-term heat aging performance and outstanding environmental stress-cracking performance.
Polycomp® 6602 HS NATURAL Asia Pacific
Polycomp 6602 HS Natural is a low-density polyethylene compound. It has been formulated to meet the requirements of AS 1049.1 Type 1 Category 5 and AS/NZS 3808 Table 10 Criteria 2, however the end user should satisfy themselves of full compliance against these standards. It has exceptional toughness and provides excellent heat aging performance and outstanding enviromnental stress-cracking performance.
Polycomp® XL 6400 Asia Pacific
Polycomp XL 6400 is a silane grafted, moisture curable, linear low density polyethylene that has been formulated for low voltage electrical cable applications to meet AS3808, Table 9, Criteria 2 (X-90) requirements. It does not contain UV stabilization. For outdoor applications, a suitable anti-UV package and/or high loading of carbon black (³2.5%) should be added in order to fulfill the weatherability requirements. It requires the addition of 5% of a catalyst masterbatch Improve XL 8705 HS just prior to extrusion to accelerate the moisture induced crosslinking reaction. Mixing with the catalyst masterbatch, Improve XL 8705 HS, @ 5% just prior to processing accelerates the moisture induced crosslinking reaction which occurs rapidly in sauna or hot water conditioning and more slowly under ambient conditions.
