Clearflex™ CH D0 BA África & Oriente Médio
Clearflex CH D0 BA is recommended for applications in which soft touch and flexibility are required, forimprovement of impact resistance when used as additive in blend with other polyolefins formulated with orwithout mineral fillers. It has a high stretchability and an optimum cling effect. Sustainability The “bio attributed” product Clearflex CH D0 BA is a highly sustainable VLDPE produced using bionafta from renewable raw materials together with traditional raw materials. In order to attribute the sustainable feedstock component to the final product, Versalis applies the Mass Balance approach, a recognized methodology that allows to trace the flow of materials along the value chain and to assign the sustainability characteristic of the raw material to the final product on a documentary basis. Clearflex CH D0 BA provides the same chemical composition and physical-mechanical performance of the traditional grade, in addition is accompanied by a sustainability declaration that certifies the share of bio attributed product. It is a linear low-density polyethylene with antioxidants characterised by a very low density and suitable for cast film technology. The production of Clearflex CH D0 BA allows to contribute to the circular economy, since the bionafta used derives from renewable sources (e.g. vegetable oils). Clearflex CH D0 BA will be bio attributed for 75%. The exact amount of “bio attributed” product will be reported in the sustainability certificate issued upon the delivery of the product.

FLEXOMER™ DFDC-1137 NT 7 Very Low-Density Polyethylene (VLDPE) Resin is an ethylene copolymer intended for use in molding and extrusion applications where high flexibility is desired. It is especially useful for fresh produce packaging films, flexible hose and tube applications as well as for blow molding small, squeezable bottles. The resin utilizes a TnPP (Tris(nonylphenyl) phosphite) free additive formulation. It has a high molecular weight and a relatively narrow molecular weight distribution and exhibits excellent low temperature toughness and outstanding flex life characteristics. It is also recommended as a blending component to modify and improve the physical properties of high pressure and linear low density polyethylene resins. Complies with: - U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 (c) 3.1a - EU, No 10/2011 Consult the regulations for complete details.
