*Previously TECHNYL eXten D 218CR V33 BLACK TECHNYL D 218CR V33 BK is a glass fiber reinforced grade based on polyamide blend of polyamide 6.10 and polyamide 66, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. This grade shows outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and chemical resistance to long life automotive coolants. It also offers an excellent crack resistance to calcium chloride road salts, good injection process ability, high surface aspect quality, and high overall mechanical and thermal properties.

*Previously TECHNYL eXten D 218CR V50 BLACK TECHNYL D 218CR V50 BK is a high glass reinforced grade based on polyamide blend of polyamide 6.10 and polyamide 66, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. This grade shows outstanding resistance to hydrolysis, very low water uptake, enhanced dimension stability and chemical resistance to long life automotive coolants. It also offers an excellent crack resistance to calcium chloride road salts, good injection process ability, high surface aspect quality, and overall high thermo-mechanical properties.

*Previously TECHNYL eXten D 219E1CR V33 BLACK TECHNYL PURE D 219E1CR V33 BK is a polyamide PA610/66, reinforced with 33% of glass fibre, organic heat stabilized for injection moulding. This grade offers a clean formula free of additives containing halogens and other substances that can migrate and generate corrosion issues. Electrofriendly heat stabilized grade. Suitable for laser printing. < 50ppm halogen content, based on internal elution analysis. Thanks to the innovative formula it offers lower moisture absorption, improved electrical insulation, higher dimensional stability and good heat stability compared to PA66 compounds. Exceptional hydrolysis resistance.

*Previously TECHNYL eXten DA 438CR BLACK TECHNYL eXten DA 438CR BLACK is a polyamide 6.10 / PA66 blend, unfilled, for extrusion purpose. It offers excellent compatibility with refrigerants, good resistance to deicing salts, and high burst pressure at temperature around 100°C. It is also suitable for thermoforming and welding. TECHNYL eXten® DA 438CR BLACK has been specially design for HVAC lines or refrigerant lines for battery cooling. The results shown are based on an experimental grade. These results will be further enhanced and improved as more industrial lots are produced and statistical data are available.
