TECHNYL® PURE J 219HT V35 BK Africa & Middle East
TECHNYL PURE J 219HT V35 BK is a high temperature polyamide, reinforced with 35% of glass fibers, organic heat stabilized for injection moulding. This grade offers a clean formula free of additives containing halogens and other substances that have the potential to release metallic ions, as metallic ions are known to negatively affect the electrochemical reaction in a PEM Fuel Cell Stack. For this grade a metallic ion content < 8 ppm is guaranteed, based on internal ion migration analysis. Thanks to the innovative formulation it offers lower moisture absorption, improved electrical insulation, higher dimensional stability and good heat stability compared to standard PA66 compounds.
TECHNYL® RED J 218HP V35 BK 21N Africa & Middle East
TECHNYL RED J 218HP V35 BK21N is a copolyamide 66/6T, reinforced with 35% glass fibre. Technyl® RED J offers outstanding long-term ageing performance up to 220°C (2000 hours) or 210°C (3000 hours). Technyl RED J has similar flow as standard PA66 and ensures a high chemical resistance and an excellent surface aspect. In addition, Technyl Red J is highly suitable for both vibration and hot gas welding, delivering high burst pressure levels. Recommended melt and mold temperatures are significantly lower than competitive PA4.6 or PPA resins, which saves energy during processing and minimizes part cooling time. TECHNYL® RED J 218HP V50 BK 21N Africa & Middle East
TECHNYL RED J 218HP V50 BLACK 21N is a co-polyamide 66/6T reinforced with 50% glass fibre, heat stabilized, for injection moulding. This grade offers outstanding long-term heat ageing performance of up to 220°C for 2000 hours or 210°C for 3000 hours in addition to strength and stiffness at use temperature higher than 35% glass fiber grades. TECHNYL RED J shows high chemical resistance, easy processing and excellent surface aspect. In addition, TECHNYL RED J delivers high burst pressure levels.
