Koylene ADL is the brand name of polypropylene Homopolymer spheribeads with external additivation manufactured and marketed by IPCL from its facility at Baroda complex through Spheripol / Addipol technology adopting the process know-how of M/s. Basell, The Netherlands.
Koylene ADL AS030NS is a homopolymer grade especially formulated to produce extrusion products and speciality compounds. As compared to the regular grade Koylene AS030N, this grade is richer in additive contents for high temperature processing and possesses excellent thermo-oxidative stability. Extra addition of antioxidants for preparation of compounds may not be needed when this grade is used. Narrow particle size distribution and somewhat higher bulk density than AS030N can offer advantages of throughput. Its unique powder like morphology coupled with relatively easy processing on extrusion and downstream equipment makes it a grade of choice.

FOOD CONTACT APPLICATIONS: This grade meets with the requirements of Indian Standard IS: 10910 on "Specifications for Polypropylene and its copolymers for its safe use in contact with foodstuffs, pharmaceuticals and drinking water".
